Fees And Policies

For Full Office Visit:

First appointment: $150-195 (60 minutes or 90 minutes). The initial visit affords the opportunity to discuss health concerns in depth, e.g. a full history investigating the health of all systems of the body. Multiple complaints can be addressed as well as mental & emotional imbalances.

NOTE: The fee does not include any lab testing, procedures or follow up consults. Also, cost for labs does not include follow up visits to discuss them.

Follow up visits: $65 (visits average about 20 minutes)

Phone consults have the same charge as in office visits and are a special arrangement.

Emails / phone calls

Dr Crosby will answer short phone calls/email questions at no charge, but if the calls/emails becomes very frequent or longer than five minutes, a regular charge will apply. This allows us to schedule phone calls, chart changes, and give you the one-to-one time you need for quality care.

Insurance at this time does not cover our nutritional services nor do we bill insurance for these extra time services (Insurance may be billed for the office visit but not for the prolonged time charge).

Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy, phone call reminders are made whenever possible. Please call to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
